Model Plans are the fastest way to arrive at a built project. The model plans featured here are pre-approved with the City of Tucson and do not require building plan approval. For each individual housing unit, a site plan must be submitted which can be approved in as few as 15 days.

CUADRO will work with you to adapt the model plan to your site to optimize views, privacy, neighborhood context and passive sustainability features like firestopping earth berms and water harvesting basins.

Pricing:

1 Bedroom + 1 Bath - $1,500 for single-use licensing fee

2 Bedroom + 1 Bath - $2,500 for single-use licensing fee

3 Bedroom + 2 Bath - $3,500 for single-use licensing fee

Jurisdictional Approval Only  - $750 per site

Site Plan Optimization & Jurisdictional Approval  - $2,500 & up
