The casita is designed as an affordable housing unit with off the shelf parts and dimensional lumber framing - perfect for a small build team or DIY homeowner. The low-slope gable roof is a perfect companion to the Sonoran Mid-Century modern homes within Tucson’s midtown historic neighborhoods.
