CUADRO will work with small-scale developers to provide full architectural delivery services for ADU’s, duplexes, triplexes and up to fourplexes as part of Arizona’s Missing Middle Housing Bill. Additionally, if land entitlement services are needed, such as lot splits or minor subdivisions, CUADRO will work with the developer to coordinate the effort with surveyors and engineers as needed and/or collaborate with an architect of register.
