Tucson Small Scale Development Coalition

CUADRO is currently helping to build the ecosystem of small developers in Tucson, in partnership with the national non-profit, Incremental Development Alliance. These efforts have helped create the Tucson Small Scale Development Coalition which is focused on educating small, local builders, designers and neighborhood advocates on all aspects of planning, design and financing for small scale development projects. If you have ever wondered about a vacant corner lot near your neighborhood, or an abandoned commercial strip, if you have ever dreamed about what it could be and what it might be used for, then this is the coalition for you.
